Our Services

Social & Community Support

We support participants to stay connected, active, and engaged in their community. Social connection is a key part of wellbeing, and our team is here to walk alongside participants in building confidence and meaningful relationships.

Our social support services include:

  • Attending community events and activities
  • Social outings (e.g. shopping, cafes, cultural events)
  • Building confidence in social settings
  • Supporting participation in hobbies and interests
  • Strengthening connection to culture and community

We aim to create safe and supportive environments where participants feel comfortable, included, and empowered.

Core Supports – Daily Living

We provide assistance with everyday activities to support participants in maintaining their independence and quality of life.

This includes:

  • Meal preparation and nutrition support
  • Household tasks (cleaning, laundry)
  • Medication prompts (non-clinical)
  • Support with appointments and daily routines

All supports are delivered with dignity, respect, and a strong focus on participant choice.

Transport & Access to Services

We support participants to safely access the services and activities that matter to them.

This includes:

  • Transport to appointments
  • Access to community programs
  • Support attending cultural and social events
  • Assistance with daily errands
